  • We partner with the best courier service providing companies to ensure it reaches you in the perfect manner.
  • For all our orders weighing up to 3kgs, we charge a flat Rs100 shipping fee within India. For all other packages, the shipping charges would be mentioned at the time of check out.
  • Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery.
  • All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Jaipur, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
  • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail through which you can trace your order.
  • We do not allow any cancellation of orders once it has been dispatched from our warehouse for delivery.
  • For orders within India  , shipping will take about 3 - 5 days based on location.For International orders expect a delivery time of 10 - 15 days.

If in case you want to return your product, here is our policy:

PLEASE NOTE: Not all products are eligible for return since a lot of our products are made on order. Please make sure you read the product details mentioned to understand which products are eligible for returns.


  1. The TIS Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick as per your convenience. 
  2. In the odd case, if your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product for our approval.
  3. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit or you can ask for your amount back. In both the cases, the amount would be reflected within a week after the product receives our warehouse.
  4. Please go through our shipping policies to understand more about your products.
  5. The amount refunded would be excluding the shipping fee unless the product received is damaged or in an unlikely case, the product received is not similar to what you ordered.
